I made a recharge of jio 209 on 22nd February 2022. at 8:10pm.
For details see attachment.
I called to jio customer care they are saying we have no confirmation. Regarding this recharge.
Kindly confirm the recharge or Refund the amount...

On 22/2/22 I have recharged jio prepaid for rs 719/- amount got debited from my account through INB but recharged not done kindly refund the amount at the earliest...

I have recharge jio no [protected] for Rs 93 on[protected] the recharge was failed I didn't receive the money back...

I had done recharge from inditab.com on my phone number and money was deducted but from more than 24 hours they are showing recharge is successful but benefits not received

this is to inform you that we have mobile recharge of jio mobile number [protected] via inditab payment gateway via order id: indrc[protected] of rs. 2545 + service charges, but our recharge has not done yet and payment also dedcuted from our bank account.

It is request to kindly look into the matter seriously. Either make recharge or return the deducted money asap....

Both we recharge 91 rupees jio prepaid recharge. But this amount did not recharge. A nd this amount not return to us. Please check and update me....
