    Sir/Madam,

    As I have recharged of Rs.669/- via UPI at inditab website online prepaid mobile recharge on 15.01.2021. The payment was successful and amount debited from my account but the message received recharge failure. And also i have received a message " PAYMENT REFUNDED. But still now i didn't get any refund. I check with my bank side also they replied the payment was successful. No reversal from inditab team.

      I called to jio customer care they are saying we have no confirmation. Regarding this recharge.
      Kindly confirm the recharge or Refund the amount

              I had done recharge from inditab.com on my phone number and money was deducted but from more than 24 hours they are showing recharge is successful but benefits not received

                  Dear Team, i had used your services to recharge fastag today 9 feb 2022 at 9:00 am. You debited my account but my fastag balance is not updated with balance.

                  Kindly do the needful on priority.

                  Nothing will happen still my money is stuck in the wallet. You cant recharge anything from that wallet always it gets failed

                      Recharged jio [protected] on 1.2.22 but not recharged payment successful but transaction failed not refunded even though repeated complaints no reply forthcoming. There are so many complaints but you are not taken any thing to solve those. What organisation you are running simply taking the amount from customers.                                       It is request to kindly look into the matter seriously. Either make recharge or return the deducted money asap.
