Today I have tried to open the site for on line tax submission.Unfortunately it is not getting opened.Kindly look into matter.

We have face a lots of problem due to gutter line choked with a month. gutter's water in our house, smelling every where. we have complained may time to zonal office & parsad, but they are not taking any action.

In vyanktesh nagar, aerdrome road indore, the female sweeper who used to clean colony sometimes only and if we ask her to clean the colony she starts abusing, she abused my mother who is residing in vyanktesh nagar since last 20+ plus years. There is huge dump dump of garbage in gali no 2 near house number 73- to 78 in vyanktesh nagar, the garbage is lying in front side and back side of house no 74-78. There is a dead body of small pig is lying in the empty plot which is located backside of house no 74-78 since last 2 days, but noone is there to lift that dead pig. I request to : —

1. Punish that female sweeper very hard, because she is not doing her work at all and used to abuse in colony at morning.
2. Please clean the dead body of pig from the empty plot which is lying in the backside of house no 74-78.
3. Please make some permanent arrangements of cleanliness in the colony so that senior citizens and children of the colony will not catch severe disease like disease like dengue, malaria etc.

The cleanliness problem of vyanktesh nagar is very old the stupid sweeper always takes miney from the public and instead of completing work starts abusing that is completely unbearable. If you will not punish that sweeper i will make her police complaints.

Dr. Anil ghai opened a hospital having 3 floors in a very populated residencial area but don't have parking space for it. His hospital is in front of our building.
Relatives of admited patients came to meet them and park their vehichles in my building which seems to be risky for our own vehichles. All our neighbours facing same problems but doctor didn't get this. We are facing too much problems out their because of hospital, traffic jam because of lack of parking, staff of the hospital park their vehichles in front of main gate of our buildings, its very irritating to move their vehichles everytime to pass out or in. We don't even got that much space to park our own vehichles. I already compaint dr anil ghai so much times but he is not responding. They also put their wastage on roads which is another reason of trafic jams here. A lot of people facing these problems
Please help us out take an action against dr anil s ghai

I am staying near Footi kothi chowraha (sudama nagar) Indore . In corner there is left out land . Now people throw all Kachra . people urinate day & night . it has become dumping yard & embracing to stay . In rainy season situation will become further worst . It will become breeding centre for mosquito . I draw your kind attention towards this problem . our prime minister has launches campaign for cleanliness. we are claiming Indore as smart city . But reality is different . Looking for your kind gesture.

We have industries near Adroid Industry in Laxmibai Nagar Industrial Area, near state bank of India branch. We have suffer Flood problem from last 8 years. because of channel lid with frame in front of our Factories are not attached with storm water line created heavy flood in our factories. Rain water of many more colonies, & grain mandi are passes in channel lid with frame in front of our Factories. We have done multiple complaines to our existing as well as previous parshads but no action ia taken yet .
In rainy season without proper existance it became like rever and become losses in our industries. Kindly arrange channel lids are attached to storm water line & proper cleans all lines. In spite of repeated complaints, there is no response of the authorities. Attached photos & video will tell you the truth.

Dear sir, im residing at murai mohalla sanyogitaganj, near pragati chambers, chawani. Here two bhojnalay has opened at main road oppp school no. 2 ground. The wastage of the bhojnalay is huge among 2 one named shri kripa starts washing there utensils n dump all wastage at the backside of lane which is also a backside for us, but as they wash their utensils all the wastage of food particals n also the chamber were choked due to which lots of insects just as aunts, mosquitos, also mouse attacks our house.
Please sir/madam do something n stop this encrochment also mr chote yadav our area parshad have information about this encrochment even den nothing happened.
We hope you understand our problem and help us soon

We are staying in 117-b kilash par from last 15 years and we don't have road in front of our house.
We have done multiple complaines to our existing as well as previous parshads but no action ia taken yet .
In rainy season without road and proper dranage it became like rever and become difficult to move out of house.

Can some one look into the issue.

Dear sir/madam

I have made online payment of rs.605.00 of water tax against service.No. "[protected]" for the quarter 01/01/2016 to 31/03/2016 on dated 10/03/2016 through idbi netbanking.

The amount has been debited from my idbi saving a/c but till date the same has not been credited in indore municipal corporation a/c.

I had discussed with idbi bank they told that the same has been credited to imc vide ref.No. [protected] & trn.No.55253051.

Till date we have not received payment receipt for the same.

You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

This is a complaint towards Indore Cleanliness department. We are residents of Scheme No 51, near sangam nagar power house, Indore, MP. There is a empty plot number A10 and every one dump their garbage in it and we are the residents suffer a lot by bad smell, big problems of rodents and Pigs. This garbage is being thrown almost daily by neighboring people. More and more garbage is accumulating every day and people and garbage boy also thinks that this is a garbage point. We are not blaming them. Also there is no any single dustbin in this area. It is individual responsibility for the cleanliness of the house, society too, we can’t change sometime the developed habits but we can find some alternative measures to solve this problems. We are facing lot of problems because we are living behind this garbage point.

So we request you to please take an immediate action, towards this big problem. We would be highly thankful.

There is some serious issue of garbage and drainage in our area Jawahar marg malganj chouraha. There is a drainage line in back of our house and a big garage present here so all the waste from garage, they put in that drainage and they also dig the road, it looks so dirty and all the waste spread around in back of our house.Lots of people live there and it suffer the life all people. So please solve our problem because first our city should be clean than only we can make our city smart city. If you want I can give you the photo of that dirty place.

We have been receiving unclean water since two month. The water has got an awful smell of sewage. The water is indeed getting mixed with gutter water. Currently we are not able to use the water and fully dependent on water tankers.

Respected Nagar Nigam corp. please read my complaint fully we live in Gandhinagar airport road indore .there is one play ground for football and cricket for 200 local players we started a football club and clear the ground and play there in morning.but every time face a problem because people's used it as marriage and other functions and make the ground dirty left food and plastics every where .and local authority not take action .we always Swacch the ground and play. please please please take immediate action.humble request.

People in our colony are suffering a lot because of the pollution caused by burning of rubbish on the road side in front of our homes by the sweepers sweeping the road and garbage collectors. We caught them doing that and they said they are from Nagar Nigam and the truck for garbage picking has not come. Many times we have asked them not to burn the garbage, because the plastic that is buried is very hazardous to health and those with asthma are facing difficulty in breathing while they burn the garbage but even after requesting so many time they do the same every day. For 1 to 2 hours its smoke all over the place. Please make them stop burning the garbage on road sides. We request you to take an immediate action on this as soon as possible. Sir, I am the resident of Kanyakubj Nagar, Aerodrome Road, Indore. There is the severe problem in the drainage line of the colony but no one looks at it and no municipal worker or service man takes a look at the problem. Please resolve the problem as it directly connects with the health issues and also affects the health and environment and cause pollution. Sir, I hope you will take action on this issue as my colony comes under Indore Municipal Corporation.

Dear Sir, I am a office owner of office AT 212 B, Silver Mall, 8A, RNT Marg, Indore. In our building there no regular system of pick up of garbage from Municipal corporation. Even though we are paying all taxes including cleaning tax (swachhta kar), No vehicle comes to pick up the garbage in our building. It is very difficult to live in the building due to very bad smell, mosquito, dirty water spreading every where. You are requested to do the need full at the earliest..

Respected Sir I am Jinendra jain 209/3 nand nagar, Indore. I would like to draw your kind attention on the problem of Wild Dogs in my colony. There are about 5-6 wild dogs in each lane of my colony. They run behind passing vehicles, barks loudly during night and one of them bites on my neighbors leg. Due to this our children can"t play outside. we had complaint already but there is no action taken. So, I request you to send dog catchers in my colony as soon as possible. Thanking you
