Dear sir/madam, This has reference to your above mentioned invoice number no. [protected] dt. 27.07.2018 wherein meter readings have been recorded wrongly. The above invoice shows meter reading recorded as 268.004 while as current reading recorded today i. E 9th aug 18 is 261.000 (Photo of meter is attached. We have been paying minimum charges applicable on time. The previous consumed readings those could have be adjusted in minimum charges have been accumulated in one invoice no.[protected] dt. 27.07.2018 with the result of which i have been unnecessarily been charged with rs. 733.27. Please correct your system and reverse the invoice charges with corrected final bill.
