Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — form filled on 23/02/2018 but not yet got the connection | |||
I have filled the form on 23/02/2018 for the fresh connection of igl png supply at my house bungalow no. 5a, tilak bridge railway colony, near pragati maidan metro station, new delhi 110001. Applicant name sangrah maurya & made the payment of rs. 1000/- by cheque no. 007844 dated 23/02/2018 drawn on dena bank to your executive mr. Rajinder. I have given the allotment letter as address proof on same day and copy of photo id on 25/02/2018. At the time of applying for new connection, i have been told that it will take 10-15 days. It's more than one and half months but till date non of your executive visited nor we have received any call from your side. We are unable to get through your customer care number. They keep on hold.
