Hi, This is regarding the delay in installing a new domestic IGL PNG connection. My BP number is [protected]. I did the payment on[protected]. So it's been more than 2 months doing follow up with IGL but no progress has been made. I am a tenant R/O B4-1104, SuperTech Ecovillage-1, Sector 1, Bisrakh, Greater Noida west, UP-201306. Shalimar garden incharge Atul Maurya is not taking any interest or responds to call.very poor customer service.all the residents are facing problem..IGL IS TARNISHING ITS IMAGE DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
