Infibeam.com — Defective LED TV Delivered from infibeam.com - Asking for Return more then past 30 days | |||
I have purchased Panasonic 32 LED from infibeam.com Order Id 16685798 on 27/08/2015 after product is delivered it has technical issue regarding picture and power turn off, I created support request for this problem and asked to return, they said "we are in process of sorting the complain and update you soon" every time i called them up and mail to them they said they will solve the issue but not accepting return. I have called up to infibeam.com before purchase and asked them for return policy they said if product is broken or defective they will accept return but now they are not going to return but repair. i am not happy after dealing with infibeam.com, it was the 1st time i have purchased this order from them. I usually shop from shopclues.com, flipkart.com and snapdeal.com without any issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
