Alliance broadband service Pvt Ltd now serve it's worst service via local vendor .I am ABSPL user since 6 years .Last 3 months I have been suffering ping poss,RTO,Loss upto 30% to 50 % without effective service. Every time I have complained about it but local vendor of alliance not responding .They are wasting user's money with fake words of service .They are very rude to customer of ABSPL and make threaten if someone complain to ABSPL .After tie up with local cable operator with ABSPL , service they provide us like 1st generation .I think dial up connection is much better than ABSPL ragged & patched internet connection. I am going to stop my connection very soon.I am happy with local Data card connection ,much berrer than Alliance Broadband Service . I hope Alliance Broadband Service admin people should take necessary step against local vendor for Quality service . Alliance Broadband Service is capable to manage Internet service without vendor as previous. For All Alliance Broadband Users :plz check yours ping /reply from server 7 gateway daily .If you found any loss contact with Alliance Broadband Service directly . And post your reviews to save consumers . (Press Window + R together ---> write ping [ip of server] -t ---> press enter --->wait 2 min to see any loss on ur connection ...Loss mean your money loss ) Was this information helpful? | |||
