[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone charged me 5500/- Rs for Internet where i have not requested to start internet on my phone | |||
My name is Sudeep Parihar and I have vodafone postpaid mobile no. and without my permission internet has started on my phone and charged me 5500/- Rs for August 2013 bill. I did not requested to vodafone to start internet on my phone and once i logged-in by mistake in internet in my phone it started and continue for August month 2013. And nobody from vodafone has informed me for the unusual bill amount and unusual internet usage in August month. Internet usage for August month 2013 is 0.5 GB, if i had to use internet on my phone so i could have taken 1 GB plan and it would hardly cost me 150/- Rs not 5500/- Rs. My normal monthly bill amount for previous months was maximum 200 /- Rs so why should i use internet without any plan and pay 5500/- Rs and how can vodafone provide credit limit of 9500/- Rs for maximum 200 /- Rs user. In my other vodafone no., i usually get number of calls for vodafone promos, because it has vodafone profit but vodafone could not contacted to me where unusual event was happening in unusual internet usage, unusual bill and other similar things for customer well being. I also contacted vodafone costumer care executive and reference no. of our conversation is[protected] and[protected] for the same issue. And i contacted to them by mail as well and they provided reference no.[protected] but there is no satisfactory reply from them. Please resolve this issue immediately.
