[Resolved] Vodafone — The worst customer care among all service provider | |||
I was using vodafone postpaid 3g internet connection(GSM in Dongal) before 2 months.Vodafone customer care is the worst worst worst..customer care...among all other internet provider company.I used it for 2 months.First month i only got 190 rs bill.And after that in 2nd month i got 3850 rs bill.during 1st to 2nd month i called vodafone customer care 10 to 15 times and was asking for the service number so that i can able to know the current internet usage of mine.Customer care people have not correct information regarding that number and all the time they were making me fool.Becuase of that i am not...am not going to pay them a single paisa for that bill...First improve your service and then do ur business...By for ever vodafone and dont ask me for ur remaining bill that i will not pay u guys deffinatelly...
