Heavy leakage has been observed from the body of the Zero B RO water purifier filter which I have purchased in October 2008. The filter system could not be used since last 10 days. The following day, June 17th, we smelt burn in the filter informed the service personal from ION Exchange. The service person inspected the unit and said that, the controller in the filter is burnt and needs replacement. The cost of the controller is Rs.1500.br...

Never ever buy Ion exchange water softenizer as these guys give you a faulty piece and then no service on that. drag it for months and then say that you got to pay now for the parts as it is out of warranty period now.
