IRB Infrastructure — Double collection of toll at talegaon toll plaza , pune

Address: talegaon toll plaza, PUNE

I was on the way from Pune to Belapur. My fast tag was full and when I accessed Talegaon toll plaza, the toll scanner showed INSUFFICIENT BALANCE, and the officials at toll plaza told me to pay cash and due to heavy traffic I paid cash Rs. 270/-.
After 5 minutes, I received the SMS that Rs. 203/ has been deducted from my fast tag account.

After reaching Khalapur toll plaza, I showed the cash receipt and there too Rs. 67/- was deducted from my fast tag account.

I asked for refund, they rudely told that I have to collect from Talegaon toll plaza.

THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I FACED IN THIS TOUR.

Please refund the balance Rs.270/- to my fast tag account
