IRB Infrastructure — service road street light not working

Street light from tapi bridge to kamrej char rasta both highway and service road is not working since 20 days. Both irb and other company are not receiving complain. Both are saying that is not my work.
And other so many dirty road and brackage on road..
There are not any sign of no parking.
These cause a big traffic.
Below the bridge very badly road and parking of tempo and rickashow.

because of this lights more accidents and robbery
complain in irb amboli office near kamrej toll tax but lights are still off
