IRB Infrastructure — Deducting toll even after showing free toll pass for ganpati.

Hi,
Tol charges were wrongly deducted even after showing free toll ganpati pass. Pls refund my money back..
Attached is my ganpati toll free pass

INR 240 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXX6900 for vehicle no. MA3BNC62SPA581295 at Khalapur Toll Plaza on 25/09/23 17:35. Avbl. Bal.: INR284.5.

Pls refund my amount as soon as possible.
