[Resolved]  Irctc — money deducted from bank account but not credited in r wallet o[censored]ts app

Sir,
I used my debit card for recharging R Wallet o[censored]TS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, I had to recharge again.Later bank statement shoes money debited twice but recharge done for once.Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction. I sent a email to UTS sealdah, but did not get any response.UTS app registed mobile number [protected].
Kindly do the needful.

The problem is not solved yet.money is not credited in R Wallet/ refuded to bank account. Similar incident occurred earlier for my another number also.That time also they did not respond to my email and ultimately money credited after action taken by your forum.this thing is occurring repeatedly.IRCTC is trying to cheat people.

Kindly look into the matter.

Hello Team,
I used my UPI ID for recharging R Wallet on UTS mobile app for seasonal booking. Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for both my transaction. UTS app registed mobile number [protected].

Few days ago i recharged my uts account and 200 rupees got credited from my bank account but my uts wallet shows 0 rupees as balance.
In recharge history page its showing that recharge has been initiated but its been a week and also the money is not refunded yet.
