Sir,
I used my debit card for recharging R Wallet o[censored]TS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, I had to recharge again.Later bank statement shoes money debited twice but recharge done for once.Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction. I sent a email to UTS sealdah, but did not get any response.UTS app registed mobile number [protected].
Kindly do the needful.

Similar incident occurred earlier for my another number also.That time also they did not respond to my email and ultimately money credited after action taken by your forum.this thing is occurring repeatedly.IRCTC is trying to cheat people.

I have recharged my uts R wallet with 100 but its not showing that it has been recharged,

My UTS Username is [protected] and i have reachrge the wallet on 18th May at 10:19 am and money also deducted from my Bank account but still my R-Wallet is not showing recharged please find the snapshot as below for your reference

Hi Team,

I have tried to add RS.500 into my UTS R-wallet. The Rs 500 deducted from my bank account but not showing in UTS app R wallet balance mob.

Please look into it urgently. Screenshot attached for your reference.
