Irda — deletion of my pan

My name is naini krishna reddy i have taken code in hdfc ergo general insurance and not in star health insurance company in irda portal on pan card number it is showing star health insurance code. I do not do any business till now with star health insurance. I am not interested in doing star health insurance.
So please kindly cancel the code for star health insurance and do need full.
