Irda — license cancellation request | |||
DEAR SIR, i am Murali from Vijayawada, i am resign my job in Bajaj Allianz general insurance company in 30 July 2016 but my IRDA license was not cancelled so I am facing problem in present working company(TATA MOTORS INSURANCE BROKING & ADVISORY SERVICE LTD) i am received show cause notice so please close my license in Bajaj Allianz general insurance company limited. MY LICENSE IS REFLECTIN IN PAN LOOKUP AND AGENT LOCATOR SO PLEASE CLOSE MY BAJAJ ALLIANZ LICESE. i am already give letter to Bajaj Allianz for cancellation in 20/09/2017 but it was reflecting till date. My agency code of RELIANCE NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD is AMP22641311. Still looks active. My PAN card number is AWIPN1960C.
I joined hdfc bank and there i have to take fresh exam but i have previous license IRDA is active, please cancel my IRDA license.
HDFC Bank has given me 15 days time if IRDA is not canceled then I have to quit my job.
Kindly request you to accept my request and cancel IRDA Licensing along with my PAN card.

I Rakesh Kumar Prajapati, joined Edelwise Tokio Life Insurance Limited as an Agent on 31 Dec 2016, but after 2 month I resigned from there but on Pan Lookup IRDAI website my PAN CARD showing as an agent on date 19 feb 2020. I request you to cancel my Licence from company as my selection has been into Railway.
