I have booked my RC transfer service. as it is very urgent for me.
please expediate....

ItzEazy is an extremely unprofessional company that exploits employees. They take your work, ignore your calls and messages, and later blame you for “non-working” even when you were fully available. In my case, they falsely accused me of dual employment – which I proved was untrue – but after using me for the whole month, they still terminated me without notice. Approached ITZEAZY and gave my RC card for below 3 activities
1) Hypothecation removal
2) RTO change to nearest
3) Address Change
but so far multiple contacts, I neither received RTO submission acknowledge nor original RC card

Can not we get legal support or Justice from such Fradulent services...

Terrible Experience – False Promises and No Refund!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Itzeazy. I paid ₹7000 for RTO work, and after 15 days, they informed me that the work could not be done. They promised a refund by the end of December 2024, but despite multiple follow-ups, I received nothing.

Every time I contacted them, they gave me a new date—January 2025, then between February...

1st week of October 2024, I have requested a service to re register my 2 wheeler at Pune,
My initial discussion was with Mrs Anisha and accordingly hand over all documents mentioned.
Its was promised for a 15 days time line, however multiple times more documents requirement and provided accordingly.

Now in December, returned my documents without completing the service when asked for refund, now see its refunded...

*My Nightmare Experience with ITZEAZY*

In July-24, I closed my car loan with SBI bank in Bangalore. I reached out to ITZEASY site for doing the Hypothecation removal from my RC Card. They talked nice to me and made ma go for their service. Here is the series of events.

1. On 11-Aug-24, I placed the order by placing 50% of Rs.2500 (that is Rs1, 250). They said they will collect my RC card and other documents signed for the whole processing.
2. on 13-Aug-24,...

I ordered for birth certificate and paid advance Rs 2500. But the work was not completed and the money is transferred to wallet account. Since I will not be using this wallet amount, I informed a number of times thru email as well as on phone, for transfer of this amount to my bank account. I have also furnished my bank account details. Inspite of this they are transferring the money to my bank account. Pl arrange to transfer money immediately

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Birendra Kumar Sahu. I recently contacted your website and called the number provided for visa appointment and processing for the Netherlands (Schengen visa) for my son, Ketan Sahu, who plans to visit the Netherlands on 14th July 2024.

On 11th June, around 3:00 PM, your sales representative Sarita (Mob# [protected]) called me and asked me to share my son's passport, claiming that many early appointments were available for the Netherlands. She informed me that we would need assistance with the list of required documents and the application form. She also instructed me to make a payment to book the appointment, which I did at 3:38 PM through the UPI app.

Immediately after, Sarita booked an appointment for the next day and sent me the appointment letter. When I questioned how an appointment could be booked so quickly without having prepared the necessary documents, she assured me that we could reschedule if needed. Following her instructions, we booked our air tickets and hotel accommodations for our stay in the Netherlands.

However, Sarita later informed me that no appointment was available, making it impossible to process our request. When I asked for a refund, she stated that the payment had been made to VFS and could not be refunded. This raised my suspicions, and upon rechecking the appointment details, I found discrepancies indicating it was fake. The appointment transaction time was recorded as 10:23 AM on 11th June, while our conversation and the sharing of my son's passport occurred only after 3:00 PM on the same day. Additionally, the VFS site confirmed that no such appointment existed in their records.

Attached are the fake appointment letter, VFS site screenshots, and a screenshot of the transaction time to VFS, which was recorded before our conversation.

I found this company online and contacted them to help with transfer of ownership of bike Royal Enfield Regn No KA25 EP0361. They immediately contacted me back for document scans and payment of half the amount of Rs. 2500.

I provided all the scans and made half payment of Rs. 1250. I gave the address to collect the printed documents from. After that, the responses slowed down and then there was no responses. After a few days there would be a response but no action.

I initiated the request on 10th March 2024. Today, after more than 35 days, on 15th April 2024, the documents are still not collected. I am attaching proof of emails, whatsapp chats and payment.

This is a fraud company and should be stopped. The name of the person contacting me was Anam - [protected] / [protected].

I gave them the work for Bike registration on 11th August 2023 and have sent them all the documents asked by them and Today it's March 10 2024 almost like more than 6 months.

I was in touch with Tamanna, Gargi, Himanshu, Reetu raj from the Itzeazy team and all them very irresponsible. They have taken the documents and no response till now. I have taken service in Gurgaon and now I am in other state, its very very risky to drive...

Dear Team,
I had approched by Itzeasy team person Tina for Sinagapore Visa. They asked me to pay 7044.26 for Visa processing fees. once i did the payment they called me and inform me that i will need to passport renewal as might not get visa due to visa month deadline. So they suggested they will do Emergancy (Not Tatakal) passport renewal but they asked me to pay total 9529.22. I got scared and did the payment for the same amount....

Even after paying half of the charges, documents were not picked up successfully even after a month.

No proper updates over whatsapp, call nothing. No tracking of status. The sales person also stops responding over whatsapp.

Even after creating ticket in their app, there is no response even after 72 hour. They say there will be response within 24 hour.

They finally picked up after multiple follow...

I gave them the work for Bike registration on 19th July 2023 and have sent them all the documents asked by them and Today it's 18th Dec 2023 almost like 4 months and 30 days.

These 4 months they and their executives have been very irresponsible
1. No update on calls
2. No update on whats App
3. No update on tickets raised
4. Escalation team also did not respond.
5. No update on emails.

I was told it will be done in 1month and they have taken 5 months.
I have paid Rs 2500/5000 to them And yet the work is not done.

Pathetic service and mental torcher and peach will be lost

Application for vehicle ownership was submitted to itseazy in february 2023 and application is not yet processed. Original rc book and papers are missing. Itseazy customer care is not responding even after raising multiple complaints.

1. Overall delay in process: We were told that the process will be completed in 15 days, however it was delayed without any tracking procedure.

2. False commitment: we were told that the whole process will be done in Rs. 3000 including everything. However on the day of appointment, we were told that SDM charges of Rs. 1500 will be extra

3. Unprofessional lawyer: the lawyer assigned to us (Mr. Ravi) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He always called us at late hours asking for documents that we had already submitted to Ms. Anisha and Ms. Pooja. He gave us the wrong address for the appointment. He himself was running late and never arrived at the location for the scheduled appointment. We asked the guards who were stationed there and then we were informed that the SDM office has been relocated to Burari since two years. We then asked Mr. Ravi, he acted totally clueless regarding this. We asked him to confirm the availability of the SDM at Burari so that we can come there. Meanwhile, I spoke to Ms. Pooja who tried to resolve the confusion on a conference call. However Mr. Ravi shouted at me in front of Ms. Pooja. After 2 hours, I called Ms. Pooja to take an update for this and then we were told that the office has been shifted from Burari as well. We had come all the way from Gurgaon to get our registration done. This led to wastage of not only our time, but the precious time of our witnesses as well.
Now no response on messages, calls, mails or complaint hotline

I had placed a order of RTO road tax payment with ITZEAZY for Hyderabad location on 02 Jan, 2023.

I also have provided them amount of Rs 1000 as advance. Now its almost 11 months passed and there's no update from them. I had raised several tickets, but the response comes is that - pay the tax or we working onto it. I don't know how can I pay the road tax when I don't know where to pay and how much to pay.
Now I had raised request with them to return back my 1000 Rs, but for that as well they are not ready and asking to check with the agent(which should be done from their end since its their agent) and pay the amount.
ITZEAZY is acting so much careless and not willing to close this work and return back my amount.

Company name says Itzeazy… but its really really difficult to deal with

I was transferred from Pune to Goa and approached Itzeazy... for my car RC transfer on my name. I have paid initial advance (forget about money, that's a different story) in the month of November 2022., and believe me, today (30th Oct 2023) I had new RC in my hand. It took 1 year...why?
1. Itzeazy will follow up with you rigorously until you make first payment and book a service with you... after that they don't call at all... even to confirm if I hand over the necessary documents with them or not. Believe me, in my case, I have whatsapp them the documents that I have, they told that these documents are sufficient, rest of them they will manage. (For managing they charge extra, beware of the fraud)
2. Even when you call them, they don't respond at all, they don't pick up the calls. After 1 or 2 months, luckily if they lift the call, they say that "this document is missing, that document is missing.etc". When I told that they during service booking you also charged for managing this document...they will say, no sir, it became very difficult to manage.etc.etc.
3. Once they get necessary documents, they will say we will apply in RTO office, today, tomorrow.etc. But what they will do is, they will handover all this work to another 3rd party (in my case its Bhavan Enterprises in Pimpri Chinchwad area)... and now, you need to follow up these 3rd party guys. God knows when they will do. No priority...in the meantime, the 3rd party also will not work, until their payment comes from Itzeazy...
4. By the way, this 3rd party will also ask for few more documents, which you need to courier them multiple times...
5. Itzeazy will not not pickup our calls in the meantime. Their operation executive Mrinalini madam... or their customer centric team like Anusha madam (who rigorously followed up to book the service)... nobody will respond...believe me you will fed up and leave hopes.
6. All my originals are with them, made full payment, so I cant withdraw services... and finally you will loose hope. Nothing will move forward. It took me an year exactly.
Instead of that, if you go to Government offices personally, it may be finished in 1 or 2 months maximum.
DONT GO TO ITZEAZY, you will be sacked...

I have applied on 5th August.
It's been 2 months now no progress.
Taken my original document and advanced money. There is a lady called bhumika and deepika. Not responding calls did not give any time line.
Now I am stuck my original document is taken away and no update.
