[Resolved] Ixigo — amount debited but not confirmed I want refund | |
Today from ixigo site i booked train ticket from bangalore to nizamuddin railway station for 28 th oct. It was rajdhani express. My (3855) amount is debited but booking confirmation email is not send. I opened ixigo site my bookings in that error was coming. It seems like no booking is done and no transaction is visible. Urgently i need to go delhi. I want my refund till 26th sep. I want my amount to get refund as soon as possible. Hope u will work on that. Kindly do action as soon as possible. Kindly share your booking/Trip ID starting from "IXITR", so that we can get this checked at the earliest.
