Ixigo — Amount debited but ticket not booked in ixigo app. | |
I tried to book the train from bengaluru cant to perambur on 13.11.2020 in ixigo app. All the formats are finished and payment is also processed successful via upi (Phonepe). But ticket is not booked and not showing the confirmation message. Kindly refund my amount.

If the booking was failed the amount should have been auto refunded by now.
