[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted. booking id not received

I have tried to book a train ticket from madgoan to calicut, the amount has deducted from the bank account but ticket confirmation page has not loaded. Finally there is no ticket history. The amount is not refunded yet. Kindly resolve. Providing below the message of amount deduction from icici bank.
"inr 1, 005.00 on 11-dec-18. Info: bil*onl*[protected]*ixigo*w."
