[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but booking not done amount not refunded yet | |||
I tried to book train ticket from Rameswaram to vadodara Junction through ixigo train app & gone for Bhim upi payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs. 1103.19 ( date &time:19March2020, 11:23PM) & customer ref. No.[protected] and credited to [protected]@axisbank, I found that no booking is done by ixigo app.But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So plz refund the full amount of Rs.1103.19 as soon as possible...I am very needy for this amount at this critical moment Was this information helpful? | |||
