[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted but no ticket confirmation nor it is showing in cancelled ticket area

I booked a train ticket from amritsar to mumbai central through upi gateway and they didnt even ask my irctc password. Amount of 2100/_ got debited from my account but no confirmation from ixigo about it and app shows no past booking. Please refund my amount of 2100. I need my money to be refunded please.

Booking date - 16th august 2020 at 12:24 pm
Date of departure - 19th august 2020

I humbly request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible because i need to rebook the ticket before the seats go into the waiting list.
