Ixigo — Amount Deducted but Train Booking Unsuccessful Refund Not Received

I attempted to book a train ticket on 12 December 2025 at 10:44 PM using my ixigo account (+91 [protected]). The payment was made via UPI from SBI, account holder David Owusu an amount of 809 Rupees

Payment details:
• UPI Reference No:[protected]
• UPI ID: [protected]@ptsbi
• Mode: Paytm UPI

Although the amount was successfully deducted, the booking failed, and no ticket was generated. The transaction does not appear anywhere in my ixigo account (not in failed, cancelled, or past bookings). Despite waiting for a considerable time, no refund has been credited.

I request immediate investigation and refund of the deducted amount. Please treat this as urgent and confirm the resolution at the earliest.
