[Resolved] Ixigo — amount got deducted but didn't get ticket in ixigo app and no trip id showing up | |||
I booked a train ticket through ixigo and fare was 473. I made the payment through google pay, the amount got deducted and payment was successful and when i came back to ixigo page i see no confirmation and no trip id generated. The chat support is stupid automated robot and doesn’t answer anything. I have sent an email to [protected]@ixigo.com and waiting for refund. I have also contacted my bank they asked to contact the merchant. Which i already did. Now waiting for reply from the ixigo team Was this information helpful? | |||
