[Resolved] Ixigo — Amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked | |
I was doing my bus booking from Lucknow to allahabad. Firstly I did the transaction through UPI mode and the amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked... So, secondly when I did the transaction through card the ticket got booked... The amount which got deducted through UPI mode has not returned back into my account... I need the refund back.. because the amount got deducted through UPI and the ticket was also not booked so kindly refund the amount. I am attaching the details of my bank account which shows that the amount was deducted from my account and the ticket was not booked. Kindly, resolve this matter fast and refund my money.
