I booked a train ticket by ixigo but my ticket booking are not successful but amount deducted from my account. I repeat these procedure three time And each time Ammout deducted but tickets are not booked .I want to refund my amount pls .this ticket is not booked completely And terminated during booking But my Ammout deducted during this procedure what can I do Pls tell Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Oct 03, 2018 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Greetings from ixigo We regret that your tickets could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a very rare scenario when railway servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount for all 3 transactions has been already refunded to your bank and complete transaction details along with refund reference numbers have been shared over e-mail. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please check your bank statement to see the refund amount as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.
