[Resolved] Ixigo — Balance deducted from account but booking not showing | |||||
I have booked a train ticket from Bareilly to Chandigarh via ixigo app. I have made payment through sbi net banking pay payment got successful but ticket not revived. No were in the app or email it is showing booking unsuccessful no details yet. Just blindly amount gone. Worst experience as i tried for the first time, there is no mode of customer service in app or website just faking it with q&a. I hope my refund gets quickly as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
