[Resolved] Ixigo — booking | |||||
I was booking 6 tickets from bdts to ndls from this ixigo app. I entered the details of my debit card and pressed enter but the page could not be loaded and the amount has been deducted from my account which is rs5386/- i did not recieve any ticket nor any refund. Plus ixigo has not even provided any contact number or helpline number where i can speak to someone incharge who can resolve the issue. If the ticket could not be booked why am i being charged for it and if i have been wrongfully charged then they must send the refund immediately as it is their fault completey. I was cancelled a train ticket perambur to new jalpaiguri 1st September.. Bt I couldn't got the refund yet..trp id- IXITR[protected]
