This matter is to inform you that i jitesh kumar thirani have booked two tickets online through ixigo from njp to sealdah kanchanjunga express on 6th of april 2019 but my ticket was not booked and a amount of money 504.52p have been decuted from my account so i kindly request u to solve this matter as soon has possible to get my money back has per my details is attached below

You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in the "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.
