[Resolved] Ixigo — Booking is pending with amount deducted | |
I tried to book ticket for 2 people from Tirupati to Chennai through ixigo. money is debited from account and it asked to login to view ticket but the existing pwd didnt work. When forgot pwd is given, new one is generated and sent to mobile but this also didnt work. meanwhile transaction is cancelled. No customer care number to follow with and the chatbot giving same answers. IRCTC should take proper action. Was this information helpful? | |

I tried to book ticket for 6 people (12675 Kovai express) from Salem to Coimbatore through ixigo. money is debited from account but till now i did' get my ticket status. No customer care number to follow with this.
I want to know about my trip or I want my money back.
