Ixigo — Booking of ticket was failed

I was booking a flight from Varanasi to Chennai on 03rd November 2025 for 05th November 2025 having flight number 6E 6044 through IXIGO app. Payment had been deducted from the credit card two times and they had converted into EMI but flight was not booked in those two transactions. I tried to book a ticket three times continuously. Booking ID of IXIGO is GOFLDNTAHOUJ6276331, GOFLDNTAHOUI2474942, GOFLDNTAHOTL1544642. Please help, how will I get this money?
