[Resolved] Ixigo — booking pending but amount is deducted | |||
Today (27th july, 2019) morning i booked a ticket first from sirhind junction to bilaspur. On first booking the amount of rs 2491 got deducted from my account but later on a window poped up saying booking failed. I re-booked again and again the same amount got deducted from my account my but booking still remained pending. I have attached the screenshots of both the transaction ids. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking against both the ids could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 5-7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account. Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account. Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo: 1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app 2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option 3. Enter your UPI ID 4.
