Hi i have booked a ticket from mysore to chennai and the booking is shown as pending. The amount has been deducted to my account but no ticket has been issued. I am also unable to cancel the ticket due to this. The reason for this might be a timeout when redirected to irctc page for generating the ticket. Kindly assist me with this concern. The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account. Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account. Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo: 1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app 2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option 3. Enter your UPI ID 4.
