[Resolved]  Ixigo — complaint about train ticket booking

I tried to book a train ticket for my husband from kaseragod to Jamnagar 3A but my money deducted from my account and booking not worked.. 2399 rupees gone from my account.. and I tried once again.. that time too the Same amount deducted from my account.. and it's not went worked.. I lost my money from my account twice.. and it's showing that the money will refund within 5days.. today 5th day.. I didn't get my money yet.. I want my money back...

maine 25may ko indigo flight ka ticket book kiya tha ixigo se .use maine airline ko call kar ke cancel karwa diya 25may ko but abhi tak mere account me paisa nhi mila hei .
