[Resolved] Ixigo — complaint about train ticket booking

I tried to book a train ticket for my husband from kaseragod to Jamnagar 3A but my money deducted from my account and booking not worked.. 2399 rupees gone from my account.. and I tried once again.. that time too the Same amount deducted from my account.. and it's not went worked.. I lost my money from my account twice.. and it's showing that the money will refund within 5days.. today 5th day.. I didn't get my money yet.. I want my money back...
