Ixigo — complaint regarding date appearance in ixigo app | |||||
Hi I have been using ixigo app for long time, whenever i open the app for flight booking the dates are showing for upcoming months instead of the recent days. So everytime i have to change month for bookin. On 19th aug 17 i booked 2 way tickets but instead of that my booking was done for 19 th sept 17. This is all due to the app. I have got serious loss of my money and i have to cancel and rebooked it again via ixigo. So ixigo team plz take this as serious issue and provide compensation or better solution for my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

However, as we check, our team had already shared the booking logs with you, where in the date selected while booking was 19th Sep and ticket was issued for the same. The date showing in the app is according to your recent searches and as we had informed you, all your recent searches were done for September month. Your service provider Cleartrip had also waived off their cancellation fee for this booking. We seek your understanding in this regard.
