Ixigo — Didn't booked the tickets and deducted the amount | |
I booked my train ticket from ixigo app on 12th of October 2020 on 9:02 pm but ixigo deducted the amount of Rs. 4389/- but didn't book the ticket and not showing any information regarding my payment in app and didn't received any mail or notification. Transactions id is HK7A0AATIS7RU5EFZ0 And amount paid to ixigo.[protected]@axisbank I want my money back asap. Was this information helpful? | |
