[Resolved] Ixigo — flight refund | |
I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart. Ixigo is the travel partner of Flipkart. Malindo rescheduled the flight so I opted for refund. As ixigo is the booking agency they have to raise RA to process the refund but they are not doing so and harrasing the customer. I have been mailing Sumeet from Ixigo. Marking him in all emails but no revert. They have been so inappropriate in handing the issue. There was no fault on my part as the airline rescheduled and was paying the refund. But both Flipkart and Ixigo are not handing this on priority to refund the amount.
