Ixigo — Flight ticket cancelation

Address: HYDERABAD

I booked flight ticket on 30th October round trip hyderabad to kochi (15th Nov) and kochi to hyderabad(16th Nov). Actually my return date was 17th November by mistake i booked 16th of november.

With in one hour i cancelled my return ticket through INDIGO airline customer care. They told that they gave full refund to source of booking.
but in your app didn't give full reffund. Main thing is there is no proper customer care from your side. Thats why i contact INDIGO airline and cancelled my ticket.

my booking details as fallows:
KOCHI TO HYDERABAD PNR NO. X9JBWT

From your side also please confirm with INDIGO airline and do it favor to me for the full refund
