There’s no platform to reach out for any help from ixigo. I don’t find any toll free or customer care contact email or phone number. How do we get through? It’s been 3 days and still no refund at all. I needed to book in urgency but failed to get a ticket, such a disappoint. What is the fault here i don’t understand. Please slove my proble early to early... I was trying to book ticket on 11th september at 22:48:09hrs. 750.89 was deducted through upi but booking didn't happen. I haven't received the refund yet.
