[Resolved] Ixigo — for refund against reservation lko to mb | |||||
Sir, I booked a ticket for 10th febuary 2018 from lucknow (Lko) to moradabad (Mb) at abadh assam exp. Train no.-15909. The tickets were confirmed. But due to more than 3 hours of delaying. I tried to cancel all of my tickets from ixigo because it was not directly booked from irctc. The cancellation process showed "cancelation process is not permitted after the journey date." but the train was already late and reaching time 14:58 on 11th febuary 2018 to the boarding station lucknow. Tdr file is also not being processed because of the same issue. Kindly do revert back as soon as possible! Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |||||
