Ixigo — I am complaining about not getting refund of my cancelled train tickets. | |
I did my train ticket booking through Ixigo app. And I cancled it. They are showing that they have refunded the amount .I got meassage that "Amount is refunded, plz collect from your travel agent ".I did google payment to " Le travenous tech private ltd. But refund is not reflecting in my bank account, its been 17 days now. The bank referance id is mentioned below. Please look into it and do the needful. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
