[Resolved]  Ixigo — I booked train ticket and went to pay through upi, payment is deducted but ticket has not been booked

I wanted to book train ticket for 4 people and i filled all details and went for payment through upi, i opened google pay and paid there money which was poped up by Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd. I had paid 2368 rs and money got debited but on app the train tickets werent booked. What do i do? I want my refund immediately.

The below message i got from ixigo
Thats why i opened gpay and paid

Dear Customer, Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd has requested money from you on your GOOGLE app. On approving the request, Rs 2368.00 will be debited from your account.
