This is the message that i had got; Avinash, your train booking for avinash, with pnr: [protected] & booking id: ixitr[protected] has been cancelled. Refund of rs.570 has been initiated. It should reflect in your account within 5 days depending on your bank procedure. I had booked a train from ernakulam to bangalore. I booked on 4th july 2019. I didn't get my money refunded still. I have booked my ticket from Amritsar to jhansi on 10 th August, 2019.The booking was cancelled and message was send to us that your amount Will be refunded in your bank account, within 5 days but till now it's 17th Augus, t 2019. I didn't got my amount back .My order id isIXITR[protected]and IXITRI[protected] .

My PNR no is [protected] and [protected]. I had booked RN - BSR tickets from ixigo app on 4th July 2109 and 5th August 2019 but due to heavy rains both trains cancelled by railway on 6th August after 10 days still not received my Refund to me. Not receive any message from railway and ixigo team. Contact me at [protected]
