[Resolved]  Ixigo — I have not been refunded

I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 through ixigo but payment was done by Google pay but the payment was showing processing that time.
Now the payment is done.
The ticket was not booked on the date of booking.
Now plz help me to get my money back.
