Actually i booked a train ticket from mannarkudi (Mq) to tambaram (Tbm) in mannai express (15.14.2019) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken, and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. I booked two tickets on 21st March, 2019. My money got deducted from my account but the booking got cancelled. Its been more than 3 weeks. I need my refund as fast as possible .
