[Resolved]  Ixigo — issue about refund of amount which was deducted from account but no message received about train booking failed or successful

Dear sir/ma'am
On 24th of june i tried to book my ticket from bareilly to asansol jn west bengal. I tried payment from my amazon upi.in first attempt payment failed and i received message about it.in second attempt amount deducted from my account but i didnt receive any message about it. This second attempt transaction is also not showing up in my ixigo app account. For your convenience i am attaching my bank payment reference id. Please look into it. Either book my ticket or refund me my money.
