[Resolved] Ixigo — ixigo money deducted but still not got the flight details and e-ticket.

I have tried to book train ticket today through ixigo app, money paid through upi transaction id:[protected] dated 18march 2020 which was successful but ticket not booked. Ixigo do not have customer care number nor email. Numbers available on various sites do not exist. Irctc not received the money, hence ticket not booked. I want my refund if ₹1140.40/-.
