Ixigo — Ixigo money deducted from bank but ticket not booked please resolve asap

My money deducted from my bank but ixigo not booked my train ticket
details :

Ixigo id : Mallanna07
date of journey : 1/01/2026
Journey from : Pune To Ujjain

Kindly check the status and book the ticket or else get back my refund so that i can book my ticket from other source. Please dont make a fraud by not booking the tickets of customers and waste their time and hard earned money.
