[Resolved] Ixigo — IXIGO refund issue | |
My flight PNR LGHE7S was cancelled by Indigo airlines on NOV 25 2020, but the refund has not been credited to my account . When called airlines its confirmed that the refund was initiated by them. Could you please check and help us in this matter. It's been more than 7 months since the cancellation . Was this information helpful? | |

We can see that no refund request/cancellation request was placed from ixigo app. We were not informed about the direct cancellation with the airline so far. We have raised the refund request now and the full amount will be processed in 7 days.
